
Teardown Engine Trainer
The Teardown Engine Trainer Turboshaft Allison 250C is used for hands-on training for the disassembly and re-assembly of engine parts and sections. The students can also perform engine inspections. The engine stand allows easy positioning of the engine during work. The stand includes casters that allow convenience in moving the engine as desired. This engine trainer has a compressor with six axial stages, one centrifugal stage, and a can-type combustion chamber. It comes complete with a two-stage gas generator turbine, a two-stage "free" power turbine with integrally cast blades and wheels, and an ignition harness. Mounted on a mobile work stand, it is ready for engine familiarization, inspection, and tear down/rebuild.
